We have a position available for someone who can provide Maintenance/Handyman Skills for our small 18 unit motel. The right person will review our motel daily for any maintenance issues/needs, communicate with owner and managers regarding any needed maintenance and provide the skills necessary to complete the maintenance. This is a responsible job to include painting, yard work, light plumbing and electrical - a handyman for any repairs and maintenance needed. Must be able to lift window air conditioners when needed and use a ladder when needed. We'll need this person to work 5 hours per day, 5 days per week and be available off hours in case of an emergency (i.e. clogged pipes or drains).
