Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Work together with kicthen lead and assistant manager to oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
- Train and coach team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally according to company guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the restaurant.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Previous restaurant experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house roles is highly preferred. You will be working in both areas.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude.
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain).
