Entry-Level Maintenance Technician
Location: Palencia Community (North St. Augustine)
Compensation: Starting at $18.00/hour, full-time (40 hrs./week)

What You'll Do:
Perform general maintenance tasks across the community.
Use basic tools to complete repairs and upkeep.
Assist with outdoor projects and facility & site maintenance as needed.
