We are looking for a hardworking, reliable Groundsman to join our team in Palatka, FL. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and is ready to be part of a growing company.
Responsibilities:
Assist with site cleanup, equipment handling, and daily jobsite tasks
Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Support crew with setup, materials, and jobsite organization
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Requirements:
Previous outdoor or labor experience preferred, but not required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
Must be able to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Pay & Hours:
$18–$20 per hour, based on experience
Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday
