Duties
Travel to customer locations to perform mobile detailing services.
Greet customers professionally and address any questions or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collect payment and feedback after job completion.
Asses vehicles' condition before starting to determine areas needing extra attention.
perform quality checks after completing the detailing to ensure a high standard of work.
Organize and plan daily appointments efficiently.
Communicate with customers to confirm or reschedule their appointments.
Represent the company professionally in all interactions with customers.
Offer additional services or packages when appropriate.
Ensure vehicle and surrounding areas are protected during detailing.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Skills
Proficiency in car wash techniques and detailing processes.
Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality results in all tasks performed.
Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
Familiarity with custodial duties related to maintaining a clean workspace.
Ability to perform hands-on tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Punctual and consistent, ensuring customer appointments are met as scheduled
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate vehicles safely.
Requirements:
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
Drivers License: Valid driver's license
Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel to customer locations independently.
Availability: Flexibility to work varying hours based on actual jobs.
Physical Fitness: Capability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Willingness to Learn: Open to training and mastering detailing techniques.
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Professional Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Must provide all equipment necessary to complete all basic detailing tasks.
