Key Responsibilities:
-Represent clients in federal court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials.
-Draft and file pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda in compliance with federal court rules.
-Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
-Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel to achieve favorable client outcomes.
-Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout the legal process.
-Collaborate with the team to develop innovative approaches to ADA compliance and enforcement cases.
-Stay updated on legal developments in ADA and civil rights law.
