Primary Job Duties:
Coordinate and dispatch tow truck drivers for stranded motorists and law enforcement requests.
Maintain clear and professional communication with drivers, customers, and law enforcement.
Use dispatch software to track and manage jobs efficiently.
Job Requirements and Skills:
Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with St. Augustine and surrounding areas is a plus.
Basic computer skills and the ability to use dispatch software effectively.
Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
Experience Required:
Prior experience as a tow truck dispatcher or in a related field is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of towing industry procedures is a plus.
Schedule:
Full-time and part-time positions available.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
