Two or less days a week, working part time. Maintaining rental paperwork, leases, bookkeeping, answering calls, getting phone estimates from workman or insurance companies, making appointments with vendors, and talking to renters.
Must be bonded, neat, well dressed; pass a background check; and have experience dealing with the public.
Applicant must have high moral values, as no profanity or coarse language will be acceptable. No flip-flops.
Job pays up to $15 to$20 an hour, depending upon experience, and will begin on a trial basis until owner is satisfied that you are a good fit.
