Well established commercial property owner looking for the right person who needs flexibility and just a few hours a week. Are you a mom looking to get back into the workforce? An empty nester? Need additional income? This may be for you.
This is a long term, contracted position, approximately 10 hours a week. Hours are flexible on your schedule. Salary with additional commission for new leases. Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation and problem solving plus someone who works independently and is very organized will be the best fit for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is needed.
