Job Summary:
As a Client Advisor Keyholder at St. John Knits, you will play a vital role in delivering an elevated customer experience while supporting the daily operations of the store. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and assisting with opening and closing procedures. You will embody the brand’s values and ensure that clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized, luxury service to all clients, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients through strong product knowledge and personalized clienteling strategies.
Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to overall store performance.
Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, securing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
Support inventory management, including restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
Uphold company standards and policies to ensure the integrity of the brand.
Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining a polished and professional appearance and promoting the St. John Knits ethos.
Handle customer issues and escalate concerns to the store manager when necessary.
Participate in store events, promotions, and visual merchandising efforts.
Qualifications:
2+ years of luxury retail experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
Strong sales skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
Previous keyholder or management experience is preferred.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Passion for fashion and an understanding of the luxury market.
