Superior Skilled is seeking experienced Carpentry Foreman in the East Coast area (Jacksonville to Cocoa beach, FL).
PAY: $28-$30/hour (based upon experience)
HOURS: Day Shift - Monday - Friday (possible Saturdays)
SCHEDULE: Working- 40-50 hrs a week
START DATE: ASAP
Duration: Long-Term (Temp to Hire)
This individual must have the ability to do all aspects of what is required in the work assignment. Can work with and supervise anywhere from 4 to 10 crew members.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to work from heights (Swing Stages, Aerial Lifts, Scaffolding)
Supervise and coordinate the trade related activities
Provide training and guidance to staff on proper equipment use and safety procedures
Monitor and inspect work sites to ensure compliance with operational standards and OSHA regulations.
Can do chipping, grinding, cement work, power washing, hand tools, painting, caulking, brushing, restoration, patch work, prep work, sealing of paint and specialty skills.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
Implement corrective actions as needed to address safety issues
Maintain accurate records of operational activities, including daily logs, safety reports, and equipment maintenance.
Report any incidents, accidents, or equipment malfunctions to management promptly.
Addition Requirement:
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must have clean driving record - will drive company vehicle after getting hired on.
Must be able to communicate in English effectively (bilingual (English and Spanish a plus)
OSHA 10 or 30 a plus
