Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Epoxy Floor Installer to join our team in the First Coast area. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with epoxy or similar coatings, a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering a flawless finish. You will work on residential and light commercial projects, installing high-performance epoxy and decorative flake floor systems according to Garage Up’s quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare concrete surfaces (grinding, patching, cleaning) for coating.
Mix, apply, and finish epoxy floor systems, including metallic and flake blends.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety compliance.
Load/unload materials and tools daily.
Follow project timelines and meet quality standards.
Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of epoxy flooring, painting, or concrete coating experience (preferred).
Knowledge of epoxy, polyaspartic, and polyurethane systems.
Ability to operate grinders, vacuums, and other flooring tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
