We are looking for an experienced and motivated painting foreman to lead and manage our painting crew. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations on job sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, effectively, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising and training painters, coordinating schedules, monitoring progress, inspecting work for quality control, and ensuring proper use of materials and equipment. Strong leadership communication, and organizational skills are essential as well as hands on knowledge of all painting techniques including preparation, spraying, rolling and brushing. The painting foreman will act as the primary point of contact between management crew, and clients maintaining professionalism and Delivering projects on time and within scope.
