We are hiring reliable and skilled Maintenance Technicians for apartment communities in Palatka! If you have experience in property maintenance, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Complete turnovers and resident work orders
Estimate repair needs and report findings to the Maintenance Supervisor
Perform preventive maintenance and maintain inventory
Knowledge Required:
Plumbing – repair fixtures, unclog drains
Electrical – replace fixtures, follow safety protocols
Carpentry – patch holes, replace doors, light painting
Drywall – repair and patch drywall
Appliances – install washers, dryers, stoves, garbage disposals
Requirements:
EPA Certification Preferred
Experience in maintenance or related field
Basic tools and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and good communication
