Job Title: Project Manager - Classic Automobile Restorations

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the restoration of high-end classic automobiles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of projects, from inventory management and quality control to ordering parts, materials, and shop supplies. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless collaboration between the shop floor and the office, working closely with the shop supervisor and office manager.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the restoration projects of high-end classic automobiles.
Coordinate every aspect of projects, including inventory management and quality control.
Order parts, materials, and shop supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Act as a liaison between the shop supervisor and office manager to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
Utilize strong organizational skills to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Demonstrate a keen attention to detail to maintain the highest standards of quality.
Apply good people skills to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective project management and customer service.
Requirements:
Preferred Bachelor's degree.
Previous experience as a Project Manager in any field involving customer service and inventory control.
Mechanical background preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to pass a background test and drug screen.
Compensation:
Starting salary $50,000 with bonuses & potential for employee ownership
