Customer Service Representative

Description We are on the lookout for a diligent Customer Service Representative to be a part of our team in St. Petersburg, Florida. In this role, you will be primarily handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and managing customer applications. Your role will also include monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action based on the situation.Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records. Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns. Schedule appointments for clients and manage walk-in customers. Utilize the EMR system for electronic documentation and record-keeping. Rotate between front office and back office duties for comprehensive customer service. Provide empathetic and exceptional customer service to clients who might be going through tough times. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and maintain HIPAA awareness. Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and email correspondence. Follow up on customer messages from the ticketing system and provide necessary assistance. Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor to welcome clients seeking help. Requirements Proven experience in answering inbound calls Prior experience in a call center customer service role Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records Ability to manage email correspondence in a professional manner Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience in order entry and processing Ability to schedule appointments in an organized and efficient manner Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
