This role will focus on streamlining document workflows, enhancing print services, and ensuring compliance with document governance standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable print and content management solutions that align with our enterprise needs.Key Responsibilities: Manage Cypress Print SaaS Solution: Oversee the configuration, deployment, and optimization of Rocket Cypress modules, including Output Management, Pull Printing, and Web-based delivery interfaces. Document Workflow Design: Develop and manage document workflows to support multi-channel delivery (print, email, portals, etc.), ensuring reliability and scalability. Integration and Automation: Implement and manage integrations between Cypress and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) while leveraging scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation. Compliance and Governance: Ensure all document workflows meet relevant compliance and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with print queues, job routing, and content distribution. User Support and Training: Provide technical guidance and training to users, ensuring efficient use of the platform.Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 1+ years of experience Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
HS Diploma / GED
Preferred Qualifications:
