Cybersecurity Expertise: Strong background in cybersecurity, including knowledge of endpoint security, authentication, and phishing-resistant measures.

Client-Facing Project Management: Proven ability to manage client relationships, facilitate pre- and post-sales discussions, and oversee project timelines with clear communication.

Technical Process Management: Experience with structured project management methodologies (preferably Waterfall), and familiarity with tools like HubSpot (CRM) and JIRA for tracking and documentation.

Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Project Manager with experience in the security field to oversee projects that integrate our security-focused, multi-component software products in client environments. This role requires managing project timelines, documentation, and client relationships for small to mid-sized companies and defense contractors. Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Documentation: Oversee the integration of our packaged security software, which includes both cloud and data center components. Ensure thorough documentation and maintain a knowledge base for client reference.

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing both pre-sales and post-sales discussions, and working closely with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

Technical Coordination: Collaborate with engineering resources to address technical needs during integration and ensure projects align with technical specifications.

Process Management: Follow a structured Waterfall project management approach, conducting weekly meetings/sprints and managing detailed timelines and checklists for each client.

Requirements

Requirements:

Experience in Security: Background in managing projects in the cybersecurity or IT security field, with knowledge of endpoint security, authentication, and phishing-resistant measures.

Project Management Skills: Proficiency in documenting processes, managing multi-component packaged software integrations, and maintaining strict adherence to project parameters.

Client-Facing Skills: Strong communication skills to manage client relationships effectively, handle pre- and post-sales conversations, and ensure project clarity and alignment.

Technical Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot for CRM, and JIRA for bug tracking and project tracking.

Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to manage and track detailed project requirements, follow structured processes, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with IT environments for smaller companies or large defense contractors.

Familiarity with technical sales processes.
