We are looking for an experienced PALS Specialist (Parts and Labor Sales) for our fast paced Treasure Coast Harley-Davidson Location
 Responsibilities: Schedule service appointments and obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrivalGreet customers in a timely and friendly mannerWork directly with walk-in and telephone customers to help determine and supply them with parts and accessories.Point out any sales, specials, or new merchandise to customers.Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and partsCheck progress of repairs throughout the day and contact customers regarding any changes in the estimated time and cost requirementsReceive proper authorization before any repairs are performed
