Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about helping others? All County® Property Management is seeking a Reconciliation Specialist with strong customer service skills to join our accounting and operations team.
As a Reconciliation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our trust accounting system. You’ll work closely with franchisees to research discrepancies, balance accounts, and provide clear, professional communication every step of the way. This position requires not just precision with numbers—but empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Perform monthly bank reconciliations for multiple trust and operating accounts.
Research and resolve variances between deposits, payments, and ledger balances.
Collaborate with franchisees and the accounting team to ensure timely posting and correction of transactions.
Communicate with franchisees questions or discrepancies in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain detailed, accurate documentation to support all reconciliation activities.
Support and train personnel in the use of the software.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or reconciliation (property management experience preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in accounting platforms (experience with Rent Manager or similar software is a plus).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
