We currently have an opening for an experienced Construction Contract Administrator.
- This is a mid-level full time position with 8am -5pm typical working hours
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction industry desired
- Will require some travel, occasionally overnight
- A strong knowledge of commercial construction, building products, construction practices and quality standards is required
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with AIA documents
- Experience specifically in Healthcare, Corrections, Public Safety, and/or Educational construction is desirable but not necessary

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparing Owner/Contractor agreements
- Completing Site inspections
- Shop drawing review
- Reviewing contractor pay applications
- Preparing ASIs
- Responding to RFIs
- Preparing punch lists
- Reviewing closeout documents
- Coordination with consultants
- Observe and document construction activity
- Review the project schedule
- Prepare reports and maintain logs pertaining to job status, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
