Business Analyst Job Profile Summary CAI is hiring! The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements and interviewing stakeholders. This person will interact with the Client regarding the progress of the documentation and requirement gathering.
Duties and Responsibilities
5 years as a Business Analyst
4-year college degree or equivalent technical study.
Assist in software activities in defined span of control for the organization.
Track and monitor process and work product improvement opportunities.
Collect, review, and evaluate the project’s required work products against standard work product templates.
Verify that established measurement procedures are used and all required metrics are collected.
Respond to requests for information.
Coordinate work with others on team and across teams
Manage and report time spent on all work activities.
Follow quality standards.
Able to work in a team environment.
Complete assigned tasks.
Strong communication skills; both written and spoken.
Qualifications
Experience conducting business process analysis.
Ability to analyze and interpret business requirements.
Ability to communicate technical information in business terms.
Understand and communicate business priorities.
Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Must be detail oriented and determined to check their work for errors for moving onto next task.
Comfortable learning new things
Can easily identify omissions or errors.
Must be able to demonstrate professional, friendly writing of email which shows empathy but is willing to gently enforce the states compliance guidelines as they relate to Covid Results.
Must be able to work scheduled hours to complete processing of inbound files, in an unsupervised capacity but also know when to ask for help.
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
