AECOM is seeking a talented and experienced Geologist IV to oversee environmental remediation projects. The candidate will work from the Tallahassee office in Florida. We offer excellent opportunities for career growth.In this role, the selected candidate will provide expert leadership in establishing sediment clean-up levels, risk mitigation, cost forecasting, liability management, public relations, and ultimately helping our clients reach sustainable solutions on complex sediment sites.  The job responsibilities for the position will include but are not limited to:Manages invoicing and cash flow managementDirects professional and technical staff to complete complex environmental projectsLeads teams by utilizing advanced scientific principles, theories, and practicesUtilizes existing technologies and past experience to develop technical solutions to complex problemsInterprets and records data, conducts analyses, compares findings to relevant studies and local, state, and federal regulations to ensure complianceAnalyzes financial statements and completes budget trackingPerforms work with minimal direction with periodic reporting to area managerOversees the preparation of work plans and organizes project studiesPerforms complex assignments often requiring the development of unique solutions to problems with the support of the project teamSupervises junior and mid-level staff during all phases of project workConducts reviews and provides staff feedback for continued improvement
