Today, we’re a wholly owned subsidiary of American Express and a leading provider of fraud prevention, identity solutions, chargeback management solutions and device intelligence technologies.Manager, Integrated Risk Solutions - Analytics will leverage a cross functional skill set and deep knowledge of: Risk management and the payments lifecycle, the Accertify suite of products used to build an integrated risk solution, strong leadership behaviors, and experience building, documenting, and operationalizing analytical solutions in a big data environment; to create, enhance, and support a strategy of real time decisions for enterprise level merchants in a first-ever integrated risk solution. They will be responsible for the day to day management of processes and procedures which stand up that high level of performance with the primary objective of establishing a repeatable best in class risk mitigation solution.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage, support, and enhance the strategic implementation with the goal of real time data availability and accuracy in the fraud and risk strategy for a large financial company

Work with Client to identify initial fraud prevention needs while developing deep understanding and roadmap for overall business objectives

Deploy the tools which the AIRS Technical Manager develops for efficient analysis of large data sets to support the ongoing risk mitigation effort for the Client

Collaborate with the AIRS Technical Manager and the AIRS Decision Science Team (DS) to develop, deploy, and support new and existing features to be leveraged by ML models for each Client decision feed

Provide industry insights to assist Client in making business decisions that continue to support best-in-class, global brand recognition

Support internal and external Client team interactions in order to exceed primary success criteria by adapting to ever changing fraud landscapes

Assist in projects related to improvement of infrastructure, processes, features, and capabilities of overall strategy including machine learning model, fraud decisioning platform, rules and rule sets

Support the gathering and processing of complex Client requirements and deliverables

Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure solutions are delivered in a timely manner

Ensure team and Client success by gathering and maintaining an in depth knowledge of the Client’s business

Support the process of delivering the Client’s regular business reviews to senior leadership

Manage documentation effort while standing up each aspect of this new team with the goal of making this repeatable

Work collaboratively with other internal teams: Client Onboarding, Product Management, Development, Client Support, Solutions Consulting, Sales, and Technology and Operations to deliver a best in class solution for the client

Provide customer training and education, including best practices and industry insights to address latest fraud trends and scenarios

Job Requirements:

10 years working in a SaaS or similar environment OR 5 years Enterprise level Fraud and Risk Payments mitigation experience

Demonstrated success with analytical problem solving and the ability to adapt quickly to the latest fraud trends

Hands-on proficiency with one or more of the following data exploration tools: SQL, Splunk, Spark, Drill, Python (Jupyter Notebooks, PySpark, etc.), Tableau

Self-starter, comfortable leading change and getting things done

Solid project management skills, able to navigate ambiguity and rapid change

Ability to work across teams and functional areas to gain feedback and support stakeholders

Outstanding communication, presentation, time management, and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated adaptability to analyze issues and make decisions quickly

Capacity to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Must have strong change management and project management skills

Strong understanding of the Interceptas platform and the ability to develop new use cases to drive customer satisfaction and increased revenue for Accertify

Demonstrated knowledge of the client use cases for Accertify products and services

QualificationsSalary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
