In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including SaaS solutions, while leveraging monitoring capabilities using tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk and BigPanda. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, demonstrating a strong commitment to ensuring the reliability and availability of critical systems and services.The SRE Lead Technology Leadership Professional leads the technical and process strategy for Ops Excellence supporting multiple Towers across the SRE space including Middleware platforms (Datapower, APIC, Apigee, and Gemfire), Clinical, Provider, Pharmacy, Corporate and Security. Drives the strategy for and leads major tower initiatives such as Cloud Transformation and Application Intake. Owns issue escalations and influences remediation strategies across business and IT teams. Influences operational teams, development teams, DevOps teams and peer SRE teams in areas of product development priorities, requirements, design, support strategy, and operational planning. Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge production monitoring and automation technology components. Advises executives to develop functional support strategies (often Unit specific) across multiple business domains, including the growth from new application development and intake. Leads associate and contractor resources in the development and continuous improvement of release readiness processes. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of Information Technology experience

2 or more years of project leadership experience

Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.

Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports.

Preferred Qualifications

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel

Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leadership.

PSM/SRE Operational Excellence experience

MBA or other Advanced Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent years of experience in a similar role

Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams.

Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes.

Six Sigma certification

ITIL certification

Ability to build monitoring solutions utilizing Dynatrace expertise with MS Azure, AWS, GCP.

Experience using Splunk.
