Rent is $200/week for private room, shared bathroom. Includes utilities/wifi/free access to food in kitchen
Pay is $15/hr and need 40+ hours a week
Live in is best because sometimes I work as early as 5am and schedule is erratic. No evenings or dinner/bedtime help needed
Kids get up around 9

House not suitable for more than 1 single person
