job detailsWe are looking for a dedicated Production Worker with at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Steel toe boots are required for safety purposes. Candidates should be able to follow production schedules, operate machinery, inspect products for quality, and ensure packaging is done properly. Adherence to safety protocols is essential. Operate machinery and equipment used in production processes.
Assemble and inspect products for quality assurance.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
Perform routine maintenance on production equipment.
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 25lbs
standing for 10 hours at one time
working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
working weekends
