Job Family :Data Science ConsultingTravel Required :Up to 10%Clearance Required :Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do :You will be a part of a large 100+ person Project Management Office (PMO) team supporting a financial system modernization effort for a large Federal Government customer. As a member of the PMO, you will work hand-in-hand with the system integration and data conversion vendors to track, oversee and help improve their implementation processes and ensure adherence to best practices and strategic plans. Provide a solution for delivering enhanced data analytics and reporting capabilities. Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support in common functions of the BI technologies including reporting, analytics, analytical processing, data transformation, data storage / archival and merging data from multiple systems in use at the VA into a secure environment within the data Estate boundary. Provide support to the data Estate activities by advising, documenting, and maintaining processes required to support data Estate Strategy and Roadmaps for future product development. Provide support in the review and update of the data Management Strategy. The Contractor shall also support review and update of the data Cleanse Authoritative Financial Report Load Process to address overarching and wave requirements. Work with data owners and analysts to identify, design, and document data Standards in accordance with the data Act. Provide support to review and update data Migration Strategy that Provides an approach to evaluate interfaces and processes for data governance, data collection, data analysis, data cleansing, data movement, and data validation, including updating the data Migration Requirements Framework, the data governance Model, and the data Quality Assessment Report. Provide an approach to evaluate automation of data collection, data analysis, data cleansing, data movement, and data validation. Assist in streamlining the disparate activities between multiple groups involved in Financial system data Cleanse and conversion. Data cleansing activities and documentation shall include both manual and automated aspects of data cleansing. Illustrate data analysis capabilities, with the ability to access financial systems via query, leverage existing data tables/reports, derive conclusions and make recommendations. Possess Ability to quickly and creatively mold solutions in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other existing client tools including reports, artifact compilation, or other detailed analysis needs such as: what-if scenarios, prior year data comparison, data trends, graphing, and pivot tables etc.What You Will Need :Organization Impact & Communication

What Would Be Nice To Have :The annual salary range for this position is $109,400.00-$218,700.00.
