We're looking for an experienced Executive Chef with minimum 5 years of experience with verifiable and proven track record of success.
Chef must be excellent with people and have great leadership skills. Also, must be passionate, have a strong work ethic, with excellent administrative and creative management skills. Must be able to create menus, while keeping it modern, fresh, and exciting. Must have attention to detail and ability to set high standards while maintaining high morale and inspirational staff.
Candidate must be knowledgeable in a variety of cooking techniques, have proficient knife skills and ability to teach, train, and lead. This Chef position is responsible for overseeing daily culinary and pastry operations, achieving consistent food quality standards and ensuring the company's policies and procedures are being adhered to. It is essential to have a strong hold on the company's culture and values to ensure they are implemented everyday with each employee.

+ Intimate familiarity with all aspects of the kitchen
+ Knowledge of Italian/French style cooking

+ Excellent food handling skills/techniques and portion management
