The Hampton Inn and Suites Tallahassee Capitol-University is looking for a Guest Service Representative! Interested candidates should be friendly, great communicators, and willing to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! Typical duties include (but are not limited to):
Checking guests in and out
Handling cash and credit card transactions
Answering phone calls
Making reservations
Fulfilling guest requests
Driving the shuttle to the airport/local destinations
Shifts are typically (but not limited to):
7am-3pm
3pm-11pm
Candidates must have a good driving record due to having to drive the shuttle. Open availability is preferred but we are flexible with class schedules for students as well. Pay usually starts at $9.00/hr depending on hotel experience. We are looking for full time and part time people to become a part of our team. We do NOT have an online application so those interested must fill out a paper application on property. Bringing a resume is strongly encouraged.
