Attention Tallahassee! Burt's Senior Care is currently hiring for caregiver positions. Founder and owner, Mrs. Burt is looking for eligible candidates to join her team and aid in providing quality care to the local seniors of Tallahassee. Resumes are recommended to smooth over the hiring process.
Requirements are as follows:
Must currently be a Certified Nursing Assistant or equivalent (proof of active licensing will be needed)
Must have prior caregiving experience (at least two years within field)
Must have credible references for potential employer to check (all references will be checked for legitimacy and potential employees prior work ethic)
Must have some form of reliable transportation (none will be provided)
Must have proper nursing attire (appropriately sized scrubs and tennis shoes and/or nurses clogs)
Must have a “can-do” attitude
Once the candidate is under consideration, Mrs. Burt will request a follow-up visit and interview. If a candidate is selected, they will undergo an on-board training process to further analyze work ethic, become familiarized with work-flow, and assess appropriate bedside etiquette. Once this process is finished, new-hire will begin work alongside Mrs. Burt and her current staff.
