In need of transport to/from surgical appts. Ideally, I would prefer a CNA, an EMT or an individual trained in, in training for, or at a minimum, interested in medical care.
Nov 4 - transport from Perry to Tally surgical center early morning + transport from surgical center to Perry late afternoon
Nov 5 - transport from Perry to doctor office early afternoon for short appointment + transport from doctor office to Perry
If you have CNA or EMT experience, that is a plus. Will need to be willing to consent to a simple background check and sign a simple contract agreeing to terms. Compensation is negotiable. Preference will be given to Perry or nearby residents. Please contact to begin discussion.
