We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to help with Airbnb turnovers in the Tallahassee area. This is primarily an overflow / part-time position, perfect for someone who wants extra income without full-time hours. Professional cleaning service companies, please do not apply. This is a W-2 position.

Paid per property, not hourly
When averaged out, our cleaners earn $20–$30 per hour
Many cleanings pay closer to $25–$30/hour depending on speed and efficiency
Typical Schedule
Work days vary based on bookings
Most cleanings happen between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Some days you may have one cleaning, some days two, some days none
Sunday availability is required
Requirements (please read carefully)
Must have your own reliable car (not a bike or motorcycle)
Must have a flexible schedule
Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Prior cleaning or Airbnb experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to follow checklists and take before/after photos
