Carpenter wanted who is experienced and versatile in carpentry and woodworking especially residential construction and remodeling to include trim, windows, doors, and siding. Experience should include cabinet installation, bath and kitchen remodel. Plus factors: plumbing skills for kitchen and bath disconnect and reconnects, knowledge of construction process from material selection, techniques, tools and equipment to quality assurance, cost control, and safety.
