Apartment Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for general maintenance and will be responsible managing maintenance staff. Excellent customer service experience required. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
Must have a MIN. of 1 year of Apartment Maintenance Supervisor Experience.
Will be responsible for overseeing:
Electrical
Plumbing
HVAC (HVAC certification a plus but not required)
Carpentry
Drywall
Painting
Appliance repair and a variety of maintenance tasks, including cleaning up the grounds, at our communities.
