Job Title: Porter — Parking Lot, Vehicle Maintenance & Detailing
We’re hiring a reliable, customer-oriented Porter to join our team. Key duties include:
Clean and maintain parking lots (sweeping, debris removal, trash pickup)
Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles (interior/exterior cleaning, polishing, windshield/chrome care)
Move and park vehicles safely around the property
Perform routine vehicle checks (fluid levels, tire pressure) and basic upkeep
Light office maintenance (tidying lobbies, restocking supplies, basic cleaning, minor repairs)
Report maintenance issues and assist with light groundskeeping tasks
Provide friendly, professional customer service to guests and drivers
Requirements:
Clean driving record
Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
Strong attention to detail and pride in the appearance of property/vehicles
Experience with vehicle detailing preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work standing, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in varying weather
Flexible schedule; weekends/holidays as needed
