Red Hills Powersports is a reputable, family owned and operated powersports business in Tallahassee, FL. We are a fast-paced maintenance/repair facility looking for a self-motivated, full-time, parts and service specialist to join our team of motorcycle and powersports enthusiasts.
Dealership Hours:
Tuesday-Friday 9AM-6PM
Saturday 9AM-5PM
(must be able to work Saturdays)
DUTIES
Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Keeps new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving inventory as directed by sales manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing debris as necessary.
Responsible for overall general housekeeping.
Responsible for all product cleanliness and detailing, new and used.
Remove all water from vessels stored outside, fronts elevated and ensure drain plugs are removed.
Makes and places key tags on units.
Able to work under close supervision of the Service and Sales Managers.
Ability to perform general facility maintenance as necessary
Abide by all dealership policies pertaining to the department.
Follow company dress codes and be well groomed always.
Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and the dealership.
Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.
KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
Must be able to maneuver a motorcycle up to 800 lbs. and motorcycle endorsement preferred.
Some technical and / or mechanical aptitude
Operate forklift
Trailer towing and backing skills
Trailer loading and rigging skills
Solid communication skills.

Bending – required when cleaning.
Lifting – up to 50 pounds infrequently.
