Cash for Keys
Janitorial Cleaning Services / Maid Services
Property Maintenance Services (General Home Repairs)
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation (Truck and Trailer)
- Tools for General repairs
- Lawn/Grass equipment such as: Lawnmower, Riding Mower, Weed Whacker, Blower, etc.
- Winterizing equipment such as generator, compressor, antifreeze, etc.
- Digital camera with Date/Time stamp application
- High Speed Internet access to submit results such as: Photos, Invoice, Estimate, etc.
- Must have locks, lock boxes, padlocks, etc.
- Must have a Smart Cell phone / Smart Tablet / Laptop
- MUST HAVE PRESERVATION BACK ROUND
- MUST BE ABLE TO MEET DEADLINES
