Our company is looking for a Part Time Soil Sampling Technician to be responsible for assisting our geotechnical soil investigations for our office. You will be working outside, handling soil boring equipment, completing customer work orders, as well as maintaining the field drilling equipment, and updating paperwork and other documents.
Soil Sampling Technician Requirements:
General interest in the engineering or construction industries
High school diploma or Associate’s degree.
Ability to write legibly.
Ability to work outside under limited supervision.
Ability to lift and handle equipment (approximately 40 pounds)
Ability to operate soil hand auger equipment
Have a valid driver license.
