About the Role:
We are a fast-growing cleaning company looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple tasks, and enjoys being the go-to person behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phones and responding to client inquiries
Scheduling and dispatching cleaning staff
Managing calendars and appointments
Preparing invoices and basic data entry
Assisting with hiring and onboarding new cleaners
Maintaining organized digital and paper files
Supporting the owner/manager with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools. We use MAC computers
Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
Dependable, detail-oriented, and highly organized
