Seasonal Receptionist / Front Desk in Income Tax / Accounting Office.
Duties and responsibilities:
-Data entry
-Answering telephones
-Document printing and processing
-Making client appointments
-Client pick-up and drop-off
- Other duties as assigned
Hours and job duration:
-The position will begin in December and end in mid-April
-Hours will vary. Monday-Friday work schedule.
-The applicant can expect 35-45 hours per week beginning mid-January, training hours leading up to filing season.
-Overtime is expected during peak weeks
- Pay range: $15-17/hr
-Potential for occasional work year-round

-Computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
-Working with industry-specific software
-Phone etiquette
-Multi-tasking
-Critical thinking skills
