All County® Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys coordinating between tenants, vendors, and property owners to keep homes in great condition.
Responsibilities:
Receive and process maintenance requests from tenants and owners
Dispatch work orders to vendors and ensure timely completion
Follow up on repairs to confirm quality and tenant satisfaction
Coordinate property turns and ensure vacant units are made rent-ready quickly and efficiently
Schedule inspections, cleaning, painting, and repairs for vacant homes
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports in our software system
Communicate effectively with property managers, owners, and tenants
Support emergency maintenance calls as needed
Requirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic understanding of home repairs and maintenance terminology
Computer proficiency (Rent Manager experience a plus!)
Ability to remain calm under pressure and think critically
Previous property management or maintenance coordination experience preferred
