We seek an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to work within our recruitment department. This individual will work closely with the director of recruitment. You will be key in accelerating our brand's expansion and guiding prospective franchisees in the discovery process.
Responsibilities include:
Respond to incoming leads and effectively working with candidates from a combination of lead sources
. Making outbound phone calls to prospects in our system
Maintain frequent communication with prospects and prompt follow-up with leads
Maintain timely and accurate records/updates in the franchise CRM and ensure the nurturing process is functioning and
optimized
Execute franchise recruitment strategies and utilize tools to develop strong relationships with franchise candidates
. Introduce Franchise Brokers to our concept through webinars, calls, and email campaigns
Anaylise lead sources to ensure adequate exposure
Manage application and associated deliverables
Attend all required meetings and provide daily, weekly or other reports as required
Deliver satisfactory results, meeting or exceeding targets
Perform other related duties as required
Skills
Effectively communicate in a compelling manner to various audiences (written, verbal, and presentations).
Possess a high degree of drive with a proven track record of achieving results.
Be self-motivated and have an enthusiastic "can do" attitude
Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce and working with workflows is not necessary but a huge plus.
Must not be afraid of making outbound calls
This is not a remote position.
