Car Audio Installer
Job Description:
Experienced and knowledgeable Installation Team Member responsible for diagnosing audio system issues, repairing audio systems, installing amplifiers, speakers, and other audio equipment, and discussing requirements with customers. Candidates should possess the technical skill and audio systems knowledge necessary to customize installation to meet customers’ needs.
Job Specifications:
· Diagnose and repair audio systems issues
· Install amplifiers, speakers, and related audio equipment into customers’ vehicles
· Customize speaker boxes and audio systems to fit customers’ needs
· Collaborate with team to schedule and complete customer jobs
· Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
Job Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Must pass installation exam
· MECP Certification a plus
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in audio systems installation
· Technical skills and audio systems knowledge required to perform job functions
· Experience in window tint, customized decals and stickers a plus
