Description:
We’re looking for an experienced PF3 Pipefitter for a commercial mechanical upgrade project that involves removing and replacing a chiller system, including chilled water piping, valves, supports, and related components. This is a long-term assignment with a solid contractor and steady hours.
The project is active and approved – ready to go. You'll be working alongside welders and HVAC mechanics on a school campus, so professionalism and safety are critical.
Requirements – Must Have:
✅ (commercial pipefitting experience)
✅ Experience with chiller systems and chilled water piping
✅ All required PPE:
Hard hat
Safety glasses
Over-the-ankle work boots
High-visibility vest or shirt
✅ Pipefitting hand tools
✅ Ability to read and work from prints a plus
Missing PPE or tools will result in removal from the site.
