Responsibilities
Install, repair, and service residential and commercial garage doors and openers.
Manage job execution, ensuring projects meet company standards and efficiency goals.
Train and support technicians to improve skills and performance.
Review job details, highlight deviations, and ensure material orders are accurate and timely.
Maintain job records, including notes, pictures, and time reports.
Ensure proper labor utilization and manage overtime per company direction.
Attend company meetings and maintain an in-person presence.
Qualifications
Experience in garage door installation, repair, or construction.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Salary
60,000 to 70,000 plus bonuses
