Handyman needed for a local property management company. Must have own truck, tools, cell phone, and GL insurance. A good working knowledge needed in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and light electric. This is a 1099 contract position. Back ground checks are required. Full-time work, more than 1 person could handle.
