1. Duties and responsibilities of employees
Installers: Starting time is 7:30 am you should be at the shop no later than 7:15 am to receive instructions for the day’s work.
Service techs: Starting time is 8:00 am you should be at the shop or check in with the office (if going straight to a call) by 8:00 am to clarify any questions with work orders on the iPad.
Pay period is from Thursday to Wednesday.
Overtime is anything over 40 hours worked per week

These are paid holidays to employees after 1 year of employment
Vacation and Sick leave
3 days of sick pay is available after 1 year of employment and is not able to be used for anything other than if you are sick. 5 days of sick leave will be available after 5 years of employment.
After 1 year’s consecutive employment, you qualify for 1 week (5 days) paid vacation. After 5 years of consecutive employment, you qualify for 2 weeks (10 days) paid vacation.
