Key Responsibilities:
Painting Services: Perform interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial properties.
Staining Services: Stain fences & decks to enhance appearance and durability.
Pressure Washing: Clean surfaces to prepare for painting or staining, ensuring a smooth finish.
Caulking: Apply caulking to seal gaps and joints for a professional and long-lasting result.
Surface Preparation: Properly prepare surfaces before painting or staining, including sanding, scraping, priming, sheetrock repair & wood rot repair.
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with the completed work.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a painter in residential and commercial settings.
Proficiency in painting, staining, pressure washing, caulking, sheetrock & wood rot repair.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Own tools and equipment necessary for the job.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
