Local Residential home custom builder looking to hire a third superintendent to run jobs. We are growing and need a third field superintendent / project manager to manage the construction of new homes. You will be building new homes only. We do not do remodels or additions. We are an organized growing company, stable work environment good staff, good subcontractors - pleasant work environment. Lot of opportunity long term for growth and additional compensation.
This person would need to schedule subs, order materials, call in inspections and control the quality of the construction while building this new home. They would need to be able to read a set of detailed plans, list of home features and know what they are building without a lot of direction.
Supervision experience in building new homes (track or custom) is a must - for this position. We would consider someone as an assistant superintendent and provide some training for this position. To be a trained you would need to have been involved in several phases of new home construction for at least 10-15 years. We need a resume that shows you worked in residential construction before and that you have supervised the building of homes, or what you experience and qualification are. We are a custom home builder, but a track home superintendent would be fine if you have built a lot of homes.
